Exploratory research

Exploratory

We use a variety of research methods to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points. This helps discover opportunities to creative, innovative solutions, solve problems, and deliver value for customers and the business. Some methods include: field studies, interviews, and surveys.

evaluative research

Evaluative

Our evaluative research methods test solutions to see if they meet customers’ needs. Evaluative research can be conducted with early concept designs to validate ideas and the final product to evaluate if it’s easy to access and use. Some methods include: concept testing, remote usability testing, A/B testing.
