    • Define how we will proceed together to work on solving the challenge, including the logistics and pricing.

    • If, at any point, either of us determines this is not a great fit to help you move forward, there is no further obligation.

  • We define the challenge, outline options, and create an action plan. You'll leave each session with practical strategies you can apply immediately

  • Courses give you theory and exercises. UX research coaching gives you personalized, real-time support and feedback tailored to your actual job search, project, or leadership challenge.

  • Quick wins can appear within a few sessions—like more confidence, transparent communication, or interview success. Bigger changes like influencing teams or growing into leadership take a bit more time—but we'll help you get there.
